Cancellation Policy

Before beginning any new treatment or program, you are advised to consult a medical professional, as I am not one. I do not diagnose medical conditions, nor prescribe or advocate any medications, procedures, herbs or supplements. I am not a licensed therapist. I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from my Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. This agreement constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all lawsuits, actions, or demands against the any individual or organization I understand and agree that this agreement will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever giving up my right to bring any and all lawsuits or other actions or demands against any of the above named individuals, groups or organizations, that I may have or have had contact with, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising from my attendance at this coaching. This agreement constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all lawsuits, actions, or demands against the any individual or organization associated with related N.N.H aka Amethyst Heart To Higher Self Healing and Connection or Spritguided.coach, their officers, employees, agents, volunteers, or independent contractors. understand and agree that this agreement applies to personal injury, property loss or damage, or death, which I may suffer, even if caused by acts or omissions on the part of Jaime Meyer or others. I understand and agree that this agreement will be binding on me, my spouse, children and any guardian ad litem for such children, my heirs, my assigns, and my personal representatives. I understand and agree that by paying for a healing session, I am agreeing to release, indemnify, and hold Jaime Meyer and the above-named parties, its officers, employees, agents, or independent contractors harmless from any and all liability or costs, including attorney’s fees, associated with or arising from my attendance in shamanic training. I understand that "indemnify" as used in this agreement, means that I must protect NaTasha Hubbard and all above named parties from legal consequences.
